Our staff will review the cost of each treatment option and how your dental insurance can help you, if you have insurance. Depending on the health and condition of your teeth and gums, a level one cleaning may also be completed that day. Please take a moment to print out and complete the new patient forms or plan on arriving to the office 10 – 15 minutes early to fill out the paperwork ahead of your scheduled appointment time.
