Benjamin
(Office Manager)
Benjamin joined Fletcher Family Dentistry in the spring of 2014. He joins our team with over 15 years of dental experience. He graduated from UNCA with a BS in Biology. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, beekeeping and volleyball. He will make sure that your experience as a patient is everything you expect from your family here at Fletcher Family Dentistry.
Tracey
(Hygienist)
Tracey is a native of Henderson County and completed her Dental Hygiene Degree in 1993 at AB-Tech. She has been a part of the Fletcher Family team since 2006. In 2023, Tracey became certified to administer local anesthetic for added patient comfort. She enjoys creating long-lasting relationships with patients and helping them improve and maintain their oral health as well as overall health.
Tracey and her husband have a son and a daughter. Her pastimes include family time, reading, and being outdoors especially walking her pointer.
Amber
(Hygienist)
Amber is a Henderson County native who graduated from West Henderson. She attended AB Tech and completed her Dental Hygiene degree in 1991. She started at Fletcher Family Dentistry part-time in 2006 and has been with the team full-time since August 2019. She enjoys being a part of the Fletcher Family Dentistry team and works hard to provide her patients with the best dental hygiene care possible. Amber’s top priority is making sure her patients have a great dental experience. Amber has 2 children and 2 grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and helping her husband in his business.
Heather
(Hygienist)
Heather has been in the dental field since 1995. She enjoys educating and getting to know her patients. She is fortunate to work in a team centered office, where each patient is our highest priority. Heather is married with 2 kids. She enjoys reading and hiking in her spare time
Sara
(Dental assistant)
Sara is a California native that recently moved to Asheville in February of 2023. She has been a dental assistant for four years and graduated from San Diego Miramar College. Sara has years of experience working as a receptionist in the dental field and eventually found her passion and transitioned to a dental assistant. Sara enjoys delivering thorough care and positive experiences during each visit.
On her downtime, Sara loves the outdoors, cooking, and trying new restaurants.
Mikayla
(Dental assistant)
Mikayla is a Henderson County native who recently graduated from AB Tech Dental Assisting Program in 2024. Mikayla goes above and beyond to ensure every visit is a positive experience for her patients. In her downtime, Mikayla loves hunting, going to the lake, going to concerts and spending time with her son, Waylon.
Macy
(Dental assistant)
Macy is a Buncombe County native. She's been a dedicated dental assistant since 2021. She is ecstatic to have joined our Fletcher Family team in the beginning of 2025, where she supports patient care and helps create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient. She is committed to helping people feel at ease in the dental office and takes pride in contributing to quality, patient-centered care.
Macy and her husband welcomed a baby girl in the fall of 2025. She enjoys all things in nature, spending quality time with her loved ones.
Jaden
(Dental assistant)
Jaden is a dental assistant with experience in both orthodontic and pediatric care. Originally from Winchester, VA, and now based in Asheville, NC, she has four years of hands-on experience assisting with a variety of treatments while ensuring patients feel comfortable and cared for. Working closely with children has helped her develop a friendly, approachable style that puts young patients at ease. She is passionate about providing compassionate and efficient care and values building lasting relationships with patients and their families.
Outside of work, Jaden enjoys exploring new coffee shops, hiking, and staying active through workouts. She also loves spending time with her fiancé, Jonathan, and their dogs. They are excited to be getting married next May and beginning this new chapter together.
Jordan
(Patient Coordinator)
Jordan, a native-born Texan, has enjoyed living in Western North Carolina since 2022. She joins Fletcher Family Dentistry with 5 years of dental experience and a passion for helping patients find their healthiest smiles. In her free time Jordan enjoys spending time with her husband, and their 2 cats, traveling, reading, and trying new things.
