Dr. Sasha Demidova was raised in Russia, and then moved to North Carolina and attended North Carolina State University. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition science and continued onto East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine to receive her DMD.
Her fourth year in dental school led her to the western part of NC as she rotated through community learning centers in Sylva and Spruce Pine and fell in love with the mountains. She continued her dental education by completing a General Practice residency at MAHEC in Asheville. During the weekends, Dr. Demidova enjoys arts and crafts, reading and exploring the outdoors with her husband.
Dr. Demidova is excited to be a part of Fletcher Family Dentistry and to continue serving patients in this amazing community.
Dr. Brent Barroso-Bernier
Dentist
Dr. Brent Barroso-Bernier was raised in Okemos, MI, & attended the University of Michigan. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree in psychology in 2001. After conducting several years of dental research he decided to continue his education in dentistry & completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2005.
Upon graduation, Dr. Bernier worked in a community clinic in Bay City, MI, while serving as an adjunct clinical professor for the University of Michigan mentoring graduate dental students. In 2009, Dr. Bernier returned to Ann Arbor where he was able to fulfill two of his passions, practicing dentistry & attending U of M football games.
In 2013, Dr. Bernier & his family relocated to Asheville, NC. Although his two young daughters keep him busy, Dr. Bernier & his wife Kendall have enjoyed the wonderful city of Asheville & all it has to offer. Dr. Bernier is proud to join Fletcher Family Dentistry & looks forward to serving all of you & your family’s dental needs.
Benjamin Buchanan

Benjamin joined Fletcher Family Dentistry in the spring of 2014. He joins our team with over 13 years of dental experience including front desk and is a certified x-ray technician. He graduated from UNCA with a BS in Biology. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, beekeeping and the outdoors. He will make sure that your experience as a patient is everything you expect from your family here at Fletcher Family Dentistry.

Tracey Fisher
Hygienist
Tracey is a Henderson County native and completed her dental hygiene degree at AB Tech in 1993. She has been working at Fletcher Family Dentistry since 2006. She loves being a hygienist because of the rewarding relationships she’s able to form with patients and enjoys helping them achieve optimal dental health. Tracey and her husband have a son and daughter. In her free time you’ll find her walking her pointers!
Amber Hudson
Hygienist
Amber is a Henderson County native that graduated from West Henderson. She attended AB Tech and completed her Dental Hygiene degree in 1991. She started at Fletcher Family Dentistry part-time in 2006 and has been with the team full time since Aug2019. She enjoys being a part of the Fletcher Family Dentistry team and works hard to provide her patients with the best dental hygiene care possible. Amber’s top priority is making sure her patients have a great dental experience. Amber has 2 children and a grandson. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and helping her husband in his business.
Debbie Tucker

Debbie graduated from Central Piedmont Community College in 1981 received an associate degree in Dental Hygiene. After many years of practicing hygiene, she now enjoys dental assisting and providing optimum care for her patients. Debbie is a native of Henderson County and a proud EHS Yellow Jacket alumnus. Her hobbies include sewing, crafts and custom cakes. She and her husband, Tim, share 3 children, 6 grandchildren and their precious fur-baby, Sophie. They enjoy spending time with family and friends, good food and their little Sophie!
